An ancient method of
European glass blowing is used to create these distinctive designs. Clear
glass is blown into moulds where it gets its shape. Next, little pieces of
colored glass and sterling silver are melted at very high temperatures and are fused onto the
shape. The thin strands of silver emit a warm golden glow when
the piece is lighted. Due to the process of manual glass blowing each
piece is a one-of-a-kind. The lamp stands and bases are also handmade of
either solid brass or wrought iron, and are available in several choices
of finish. Lighting styles include unique table lamps, floor lamps,
chandeliers, sconces and pendants for track or ceiling mount.
Each glass shade projects a
myriad of colors, shapes and designs on your walls and furnishings and
creates a soft and pleasant ambiance. Glass shades, stands and bases can
